STARTT-LTP is aimed at giving persons with leadership skills an opportunity to demonstrate their competence.

• Opportunity to organize events 
• Workshops on learning techniques, creative writing, and public speaking
• Programs for developing social intelligence
• Periodic orientation programs for those who are interested to take up top careers in Civil Services
